Mommy's Shoes

High Heeled Shoes by Kate Cox Goddard

I like to wear my Mommy's shoes.
I mean the pairs she doesn't use.

I pick the ones with highest heels,
You can't imagine how it feels

To walk around, go out the door,
Clump-clumping all across the floor.

Ella playing the same game at 12 months-- interestingly with the same shoes!

Such a cute post. Where did you get this poem? One of my friends in my Children's Writing program is named Kate Goddard? Coincidence?
