Rehearsal

Tomorrow we will watch our little girl walk down the aisle-- as a flower girl that is. Last night we rehearsed this. Ella definitely stole the show! She took her job very seriously, walking nice...and...sloooow down the aisle and pretending to drop her petals. The wedding coordinator said, "You better get lots of petals!" Ella basked in the attention of everyone fawning all over her and even started to announce to random people in the wedding party, "I'm cute!" At our tri-tip dinner following the rehearsal, Ella choose to sit at "the cool table" with the bridesmaids and groomsmen instead of with Mommy and Daddy. At one point I looked over at her and she was rifling through a bridesmaid's purse-- trying on perfume and testing out makeup brushes! Oh my!

A little twirl before marching to the front.

Since Dave is officiating, it's fun for Ella to "walk to Daddy."

Um yeah, hopefully this is a move we won't see during the actual ceremony!

I'm sure that Ella will do a great job today, and I am looking forward to seeing all of the pictures. I knew that she would take her job very seriously. Her Dad was an excellent ring barer at 3, and all of the bridesmaids wanted to dance with him at the reception. Have a great time at the wedding! Love,
MOM
