Oh, she's such a good dog! She's endlessly patient, putting up with Delia "petting" her, kissing her and trying to grab her. Then there's the myriad of things Ella puts her through: jamming toys into her mouth when Ella wants to play, inviting her on (and thus exciting her for) walks she's not welcome to come on, leaving tempting play things all over the house, attempting to ride her. Perhaps all the crumbs and food pieces Ella drops make Lily's life with kids worth it. Or she just really does love all of us!
